David has over 17 years of China and Asia focused cross-border corporate advisory, business development, and business management experience. He is the founder and has led Alliance Development Group (ADG), providing cross-border corporate advisory and business development services to global technology vendors, since ADG’s inception in 2001.
David was previously with Lucent Technologies in China leading teams and projects in corporate development, strategic alliances, and joint ventures. As a management consultant with Pinnacle Advisors, David developed innovative China business and corporate development strategies for leading technology companies, including Microsoft, Motorola, HP, among others. David has resided in China for over 13 years and has a BS from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School.
